From the very foundation, we were entrusted with an exceptional project located in the newly unveiled modern high rise at 2000 Ocean in North Miami, FL, masterfully designed be esteemed developer Enrique Norten.

Our engagement with this second residence was both meticulous and inspired, transforming it into a serene sanctuary and an elegant venue for entertaining guests. The clients aspired to a minimalist, boutique hotel ambiance, seamlessly weaving in the varied blues of the ocean to create a harmonious aesthetic with their panoramic views throughout their home.

Every aspect of this project was curated with precision and artistry. We crafted numerous bespoke pieces exclusively for this home, ensuring each detail resonated with the refined elegance and tranquility of our clients envisioned.

This project was inspired by the condo's breathtaking location and the clients love of architectural lines and all things luxury.

Our clients envisioned a luxurious oceanfront sanctuary to escape the Texas heat, savor the panoramic views, and entertain their family & guest in style.

The open concept living areas feature bespoke, curved sofas in soft neutrals, offering generous seating. Vibrant pops of blues and magenta blooms with their custom accent pieces. Italian lighting design by Marco Spatti add a touch of modern sophistication, while expansive floor to ceiling windows capture stunning ocean views, bathing the space in natural light.

Every inch of this home has been meticulously designed by our elite team at MDH. Featuring top global designers such as Minotti, and Hermès, hand selected art by world renowned artist. The space is brilliantly curated with a seamless flow of luxury and unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Royal Palm Polo - Boca Raton, FL
Modern Sophistication - Outdoor Living at it Finest
Recently designed for this new construction home in Royal Palm Polo in Boca Raton, Florida developed by The Toll Brothers, we crafted a sophisticated outdoor living space that seamlessly blends functionality with a modern appeal. The clients envisioned a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and inviting lounge areas designed for family gatherings and guest entertainment, all set against the back drop of Florida's tropical weather. They sought a modern traditional aesthetic that would be both timeless and striking. In response, we designed a captivating living plant wall for the main lounge area, an innovative floating fire pit for the dining space, and an overall fashion-forward outdoor ambiance that exudes elegance and sophistication.

This outdoor living space not only elevates the home and adds significant value but also offers a serene and effortless environment for relaxation and entertaining guest.
Private Estate - University Park - Dallas, TX
A Real Success
This 12,510-square-foot modern glass home was designed, built, and meticulously executed, using the highest quality of quality finishes with a minimalist approach. With a front staircase built of glass. Heated Porcelanosa floors throughout. A culinary center kitchen that could double as a Capital Distributing showroom. Master closet as big as a boutique store, master suite with its own separate two-car garage space plus stalling for four to six more vehicles. We built a dance studio on the property above the separate 5 car garage on the west wing, a modern zen pool lined with 6 fire pits leading to a wall of water cascading from a limestone wall, and walls of glass that can be made private with programmed window shades at the touch of a button.

This was a luxurious project bringing modern minimalism while incorporating all of life's luxuries to the tip of every finger.

Through a synergy of the two, combining bold industrial & vintage pieces our choices are an element of timelessness, this design will remain relevant and interesting for years to come.

The Essence of New Orleans
MDH was entrusted with the task of distilling the vibrant essence of New Orleans into a new residence nestled in the picturesque countryside of Lexington, Kentucky, the heart of Bourbon Country. Collaborating intimately with our clients, we ensured a seamless transition into their new abode. They sought to weave the soulful spirit of jazz and their eclectic art collection into the fabric of their daily living spaces. Our design philosophy centered on timeless elegance, with nuanced and sophisticated customizations, resulting in a bespoke sanctuary that epitomizes refined living.
